Dr. Gröschel holds advanced degrees in Systematic Theology, Philosophy & Ethics, as well as in Business, Corporate Governance & Law. He has over 20 years of experience as a Pastor and serving and leading for-profit and not for-profit organizations in the religious, educational and legal fields.

Dr. Gröschel has a BPhil/BA, Philosophy & Languages from UFPR/Uninos Jesuits, a BTh, Biblical, Systematic and Pastoral Theology from UNAS, a Masters of Science in Business & Law: Corporate Ethics, Governance and Compliance from Laureate/FMU, a JD in Civil, Corporate, and International Law from Laureate/FMU and a Ph.D, in Ethics and Systematic Theology from Uninos Jesuits.
