In the second segment of the show, we explore the court case United States Conference of Catholic Bishops v. EEOC. Panelists examine the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, the EEOC’s interpretation requiring certain abortion-related accommodations, and the legal challenge over whether religious employers receive adequate protections for their sincerely held beliefs.
