In the second segment of the show, we explore the court case Grace Community Church–The Woodlands, Inc. v. Southern Montgomery County Municipal Utility District. Panelists examine a Texas church’s challenge to what it claims is an excessive water tap fee that functions as an unlawful tax, raising questions about religious liberty, equal treatment, and the financial burdens governments may place on religious organizations.
